We know it can be challenging for class teachers who struggle with their confidence in teaching PE.  Previous studies have shown that 28% teachers said that they did not feel adequately qualified to teach PE and 53% said they would welcome more professional development opportunities in the subject.

We understand the importance of class teachers being confident in delivering PE. We also understand that many teachers highlight this as one of their weaknesses. To combat this, we offer opportunities for one of our experienced team members to deliver bespoke programmes to support your staff. 

This will:

• Increase confidence, knowledge and skills of class teachers to deliver PE

• Raise the profile of school sports by making PE a strong topic within the school

• Create more positive experiences with pupils and sport while increasing participation in PE
