About Us
The Impact Team was founded in 2017 by former Arsenal and Chelsea football academy professionals - Alfred Mugabo and Jonathan Muleba. Having had the privilege to compete at elite youth level sports around the world, they have reinvested their intense passion for sports and youth empowerment by building a highly skilled team that services schools, local authorities and the community. Since 2017 there has been a single goal in mind – to ‘Champion the Next Generation’. Impact is a dynamic forward-thinking organisation that uses the power of sport to better the future, by empowering children and young people. We take pride in our ethos which is summarised into the 3 P’s. We are Punctual, we are Professional, and we are Progressive. This ethos is consistent throughout our organisation and every member of The Impact Team stands by these values.

Sports Provision
As Physical Education specialists we transform the culture around sports in your school. Our philosophies are proven to make sports fun, engaging and educational for all.
Mentoring
Not all young people are the same. At Impact we are trained in working with identified groups and individuals who would benefit from an additional role model.
Teacher Upskilling
We understand the importance of class teachers being confident in delivering PE. We also understand that many teachers highlight this as one of their weaknesses. We can train your staff on how to deliver effective strategies that we use day-in and day-out.
