I Was Impressed with Your Attention to Detail…
I could not have been happier with my decision for to you represent me. You proved to be extremely professional yet remained personal through the entire experience. I was impressed with your attention to details and constant thoughtful updates. You kept me to task every step of the way and gave me valuable advice on necessary upgrades and repairs. You worked hard lining up contractors and met most of them at my home to do the repairs. You even went to bat for me and got me a refund of $1000 on one of them.

When I was referred to you by a close friend, I was intrigued by how happy they were and decided to give your team a chance and see what our options were. At the consultation you put a strategy together to help us to achieve our goals. You found a home that we absolutely LOVED, negotiated a price $15,000 below market value, cut the close of escrow time frame by 45 days, and negotiated to have the seller include an additional 25 feet of land not part of the listing. You even saved our transaction by using your preferred “backup lender” since our lender didn’t come through. This transaction was the easiest one so far, with the least amount of stress from the past six properties we have bought.
