Phill Tomlinson, the Designated Broker of Arizona Fine Properties and Managing Partner of The Impact Team, has been helping families in the real estate market for almost a decade. Phill ’s dedication to providing his clients with exceptional customer service and commitment has insured him success in a changing market.

Phill graduated from CFNI University in Dallas, Texas and started in the Dental Sales Industry. Before starting his career in Real Estate, he was in the top 10% of his sales force during his 11 years and won annual achievement awards with all expense trips to Hawaii & San Diego.

In addition to spending time with his wife and three boys, Phill enjoys volunteering at his church, playing his bass guitar and playing poker with his buddies. One thing that sets Phill apart is the consistent ’Date Nights’ with his wife, Janet, AND his boys every week.
